+$125 Initial Onboarding & Setup Fee
This includes an initial 1/2 hour telehealth consult and health screening with a qualified physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach to identify any pre-existing injuries which may be affecting your current training capacity.

- Comprehensive review of your previous and current injuries with a qualified Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach.
- Development of an individually tailored training program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals while managing and reducing your risk of injuries.
- Targeted training blocks with specific rep ranges, tempos, exercises and rest periods to meet your specific goals, reviewed 6-8 weekly depending on your progress.
- Home, gym or other workout options, based on your preferred training style and goals.
- The ability to substitute exercises or workouts depending on equipment availability.
- Video demonstrations so you can watch in real-time how to perform each exercise correctly.
- Technique review and feedback on exercise form (training videos) as required.
- 24/7 access to your coach through our custom app. Ask questions and get responses quickly and easily.
- Exclusive access to my custom app to view your training program.
- Track your progress via body measurements and photos easily in the app.
- Fortnightly check ins with your coach.
- Regular education and advice regarding optimal training and nutrition.
